Review, Giveaway, and New Project!

Once again it’s Monday!

Today will be just a quickie. I’ve had a house full of family for the weekend and am chaperoning a field trip to the zoo for a class of second graders in the rain today…I know that you are jealous!

First, PLEASE go check out Jessica Subject’s Mark of the Stars Blog today. She has a WONDERFUL review of Indivisible up (5 out of 5 Aliens!)! Along with the review, she will be posting an interview I did for her, and will also be running a giveaway of two ebooks of Indivisible, so go check out her blog and leave a comment (there are lots of ways to get into the drawing several times!). I’ll be popping in over the next few days to say hi and answer any questions!

I also want to tell everyone about a FABULOUS project that I’m so proud to be a part of this summer through Omnific Publishing. Omnific is putting together a duo of summer related anthologies and all the sales profits will be donated to a great cause – Save the Tatas. Thirteen of Omnific’s authors have donated their great talent (and not to mention the incredible Omnific editors) and will be included in either the sweet or steamy anthology. Can you guess which one my story is in?

I’m very excited about the story I wrote for the anthology. It’s a peek into my new book that I’m working on at the moment. The story is about a hot summer night after an LAPD SWAT team has been training and have some pent up energy to work off. While Gideon will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart, I have to say that I absolutely love my new hero, Brody Flynn. He’s that damaged, protective hero that makes my heart go thump, thump, thump…

The anthologies will go on sale on July 1, 2011 and will be available through the summer (September 31). There are some great stories that will keep you busy poolside or on the beach, or even while you travel. And what better cause than saving some Tatas?? I’ll be here reminding you about this from time to time because it is something that is so close to my heart (next time I’ll give you a little “Life Happened” story about why that is.).

Next week I'll share my ideas for how I picture some of the other characters in Indivisible. Come see Evely, Peter, Chance and Gabby!

And, because it's Monday - that means Meet an Author Blog Hop!!

YAY!! It's time for the wonderful blog hop started by author Lisa Sanchez

Here's how it works:

READERS: Follow as many authors as you like. Just follow the Linky list and hop from author to author. The idea is to find as many "new to you" authors as you can, and hopefully some great new reading material as well. Leave a comment! We'd love to chat with you!

•Follow the Meet an author Monday host (Cali Cheer Mom) along with any of the wonderfully talented authors on the list.
•You will need to enter your name and blog url into the Linky tool.
•Grab our super cute button and place it in a post. (THIS IS IMPORTANT!) If you don't create a post for the hop, your readers won't have a place to comment, and the hop will stop with you. So create a post, paste in the Linky code and start hopping!
•The purpose of the hop is to meet "new to you" authors and discover great new reads. Follow as many authors as you can. Leave a comment and introduce yourself!
•If you'd like to share the Linky list in a post on your blog ( Please do!) just follow the link and grab the code.

  1. Congrats on the 5 star (or alien in this case) review!!! :D

  2. Ooh, looking forward to seeing who you pick for the other characters. Congrats on yet another awesome review!!!

And thank you for spear-heading the Anthology project. It's a win for the charity, win for the authors and win for readers, and you've done a marvelous job coordinating and cheering us all on. :)

  3. Hooray for more men in uniform! Bring them on.

  4. Sounds awesome! Can't wait to read the steamy titles too! :)
